Better Light Than Never - Unreal Challenge

Hey guys !
Here is my entry for the first Unreal Challenge called "Better Light Than Never". The goal was to create a short video using only Unreal (without any post production).

As I'm explaining it in my last blog post, I wanted to create a little story to make it easier for the storytelling and composition. I tried to imagine a situation where old lighthouses were re-used for another purpose and far from the sea.
I got the idea of a post-apocalyptic world where people are living in a heavy constant fog and the lighthouses have been used for years as shelters, electrical relay between cities and of course a way to navigate the fog.

This project allowed me to explore the new modeling tools from Unreal which are fantastic and will definitely improve my workflow.
Simon Stålenhag was a real inspiration for me and especially his book "The Electric State".
